Of visas and toilet paper.

ONE MONTH TO GO AND THEN I'M OFF

I've got my visas for China and India sorted, so I still need to apply for a Vietnamese one and then the working holiday visa for Australia before I leave. Nepal and Thailand I can get on arrival, same with New Zealand.

I've got my jabs, well almost. I was only missing one for Japanese encephalitis, so I got the first of two jabs yesterday. The second I get 4 days before I leave. I also needed to get my typhoid one renewed, but luckily that one is in pill form, so no pricks and sore arms and muscles. I can tell you I've got a hefty lump of stuff under my skin on my left arm from yesterday; not pleasant.

It hasn't hit me that I'm going. A month is a really short amount of time, and I've got lots of stuff planned for it too, so the next four weeks are going to whizz by. I've not started packing yet, but I have started compiling a list of what I need to pack. The first item on said list? Toilet paper. Because where I'm going, toilet paper is not guaranteed. Not so bad if you're a guy, but when you're a girl....

I have just eaten a bag of frozen grapes and hot diggity they were goooooooooooooooooooood.
